This policy outlines the conditions under which:

- (b) You may be eligible for a refund or replacement

2. Return Eligibility
Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
- You received a damaged or defective product (e.g., broken or leaked bottle)
- You received a wrong product
- You received a product that is significantly different from what was ordered

To process any return or refund request:
- A complete unboxing video is mandatory
- The video must clearly show:
- Sealed package before opening
- Unboxing process
- Product condition
⚠️ Without valid proof, no claim will be accepted
4. Non-Returnable Items

- Products with broken seals (unless damaged on arrival)
